The Sanskrit word for Hada is Hatha, which means strength and energy. In Sanskrit vocabulary Ha means "sun" and Tha means "moon".
The rhythm of Hatha yoga is gentle, and practitioners can learn how to stay in the postures for a long time and use the guidance of breathing to achieve deeper awareness of the body, enhance concentration, heal the body, promote health, and balance yin and yang.
