Koizumi Manufacturing, which was founded in 1889 and has been in operation for nearly 135 years, mainly produces copperware. Inheriting the regional traditional crafts of Takaoka City, Toyama Prefecture, the factory initially focused on the production of Buddhist instruments, and later began to produce copper alloy castings such as copper musical instruments, mechanical parts, and precision parts.

In recent years, Koizumi Manufacturing has been obsessed with researching copper musical instruments and has boldly tried various methods to produce the best sound quality of metal, thereby producing a variety of popular musical products.

Koizumi Manufacturing has been given many opportunities to restore Japanese cultural heritage. This includes the restoration of the bell at the Guerre Bettei Dragon Gate in Fukuoka, designed by architect Gaudi in 2007 , and the restoration of the Hibiya Park Liberty Bell in Tokyo in 2010 .
