Wine Coffee-Craft Gin Filter Coffee

Alcoholic coffee is made by soaking raw coffee beans in alcohol, transferring the taste of the alcohol to the raw beans, and then roasting them to create "alcoholic coffee beans."

We use Kumazawa Shuzo's craft gin "Daytime Dog". The name comes from the characteristics of the land that retains many Tengu legends.
The product was released in 2021. This is the first distilled sake produced by Kumazawa Sake Brewery in 100 years.
Of note is the brewery's unique manufacturing method. First, they brew sake made by re-fermenting ginjo lees. As a spice, only juniper berries, which have a woody bitter and sweet taste, are pickled and distilled in three steps.

Although it is simply made with juniper berries, the special preparation method gives it a rich flavor. Some say that you can feel the subtle sweetness of shochu. Delicately balanced Day Dog and Coffee create a refreshing harmony.

Founded in 1896, Kumazawa Sake Brewing Co., Ltd. has the motto "Good sake makes Japan" and, as the only remaining brewery in Shonan, plays the role of a local cultural center.
The business is not limited to sake brewing, which has been carried out since the founding of the company. MUU COFFEE's uniquely developed liquor coffee from Ebina City, Kanagawa Prefecture, is a unique coffee that allows you to enjoy the aroma and sweetness of both liquor and coffee.

"Wine coffee" is made by soaking green coffee beans from Brazil in alcohol. Coffee beans that are roasted after the alcohol flavor is transferred to the green beans. The result is a world where coffee and alcohol become mysteriously intertwined. A unique flavor was born.

When you take a sip, the first thing that hits your mouth is the rich flavor and rich aroma. In the aftertaste, you can feel the sweetness and freshness of alcohol. You can enjoy a new taste different from coffee.
