Gucun soy sauce is a long-standing soy sauce that was created in the Edo period. Build a factory.
It is said that the first Jiemon was born into a distinguished family in Kaga Domain, and started brewing soy sauce at the end of the Edo period under the guidance of soy sauce brewer Jihei Jiro, who was an acquaintance of Kanazawa Ono Shoyu.
