Early European porcelain was deeply influenced by Chinese artistic styles. Oriental romantic designs such as weeping willow pagodas, small bridges and flowing water, and tranquil gardens are widely seen on various porcelains.

It was not until the early 18th century that British craftsman JOSIAH WEDGWOOD painted a 952- piece tea set and tableware set for the Queen of Russia. For the first time, he painted meticulous paintings of English rural scenery on white porcelain, which officially changed the creation of European porcelain in the future. style.

This time we followed this historical context and invited Hong Kong contemporary artist Shi Jiahao to collaborate and paint his classic work "Architecture Series" on a set of British bone china tea cups and saucers. The "Architecture Series" was launched in 2008 and continues to this day. Starting from skyscrapers in Hong Kong, to famous buildings around the world, Shi Jiahao transformed them into fantasy fashions and wore them on different "ladies" to show a certain kind of surreal urban landscape in Hong Kong and even the world, which subsequently triggered Viewers ponder the culture and identity of the city. This time Shi Ka-ho painted a total of 16 "ladies". They were dressed in "Chinese Temple", "New Territories Village House", "Hong Kong and Kowloon Tenement House", "Public Housing Estate", "British-style Architecture", "Skyscraper" ", "Modern Commercial Building" and "Private Residence", these eight sets of "fashion" were then transferred to two sets of English bone china tea cups and saucers by "Eastern Guangdong Porcelain Factory".

Both teacups feature 8 ladies wearing different "architectural fashions"; the two saucers share the same design to indicate the types of "fashionables".
