Eligibility and use rights:

  • Only registered tenants are present, and other participants are allowed to enter.
  • The monthly fee plan can only be used by the registered person. Not to be shared by multiple people.
  • Monthly plans are non-transferable.
  • Package plans can be used by different people.

Nature of the workshop:

  • Our shop accommodates workshops of different natures. However, we still hope to respect every guest present , so if the activity is disgusting or makes people feel uncomfortable, The store reserves the right to immediately terminate the activity and ask the registered instructors and students to leave.
  • The cultural and creative exchange space is a shared space and is not suitable for holding activities with strong odors, a lot of noise, or large-scale body movements. For related activities, you can choose to rent the CUBES small box in our independent room hold.
  • If you make an appointment to hold an event or workshop, you must provide the details to our store for arrangement. If you refuse to provide the information, our store has the right to reject your reservation.

TOLL:

  • Bookings for table and room rentals must be paid in full first.
  • All reservations can be rescheduled once free of charge three working days before the reservation date. No refunds will be given under any circumstances.
  • The hourly rental fee is calculated per hour. Any time less than half an hour will be counted as half an hour.
  • The daily rental period is within the store's business hours.
  • Tickets cannot be returned or exchanged after they are sold.
  • Both the monthly fee and package plans provide a 7 -day cooling-off period . If customers wish to cancel within 7 days, they can apply. Our store will refund the amount by payment method after deducting the service charges used by the customer within 7 days.

Seating Arrangement:

  • During non-peak hours, seats are usually arranged as "free seats" and you can choose your own seat. If your seat has been assigned by the store staff, please follow their instructions.
  • It is recommended to make an appointment in advance. If you want to use it immediately without making a reservation, There will be opportunities where there is no room available because the space is full.
  • If you need to change the workstation or activity time, Registered tenants should notify colleagues at the relevant venue 72 hours before the event to make arrangements. Otherwise, there is a chance that the event may not be arranged due to full seats or other issues.
  • Seats are arranged by the store staff based on various considerations to provide the best location for tenants. So if there is not enough space, There is a chance that a tenant's request for relocation will not be accepted.

Rental time:

  • Registered tenants can Free period) to enjoy free calculation fee. Preparation and cleaning. Any delay beyond the time limit will be calculated based on the hourly rental of the table or room. Any delay less than half an hour will be calculated as half an hour. If the tenant enters the store after the appointment time, Or if you leave earlier than scheduled, no grace period will be granted.
  • The venue and rooms must wait for the registered tenants to enter. Only its students and other participants are allowed to enter. If the registered instructor does not enter the venue, Students need to wait outside the venue and room.
  • After the rental period ends, All persons must leave the venue. Cannot extend stay. If you wish to extend the time, you need to arrange with the store staff.
  • If you wish to stay longer after the rental period ends, If you want to extend the rental time, you need to check with the store staff first to see if there is a vacancy. Please make further arrangements and pay in advance.
  • Registered tenants must wait until all participants have left before leaving. Otherwise, the store will charge the registered tenant 2 hours of rental of the table or space as an arrangement fee. The store staff will then ask you to leave.
  • In case of any dispute over the rental time, the CCTV records or computer system of our store will be used as the reference.

Regarding safety:

  • If special equipment ( such as electric stoves, etc. ) is required, the tenant must inform the store when making the reservation. The store will then decide whether it is safe or has sufficient power supply to allow use.
  • If the participants are minors, At least one adult or registered adult instructor must be present at each activity (hereinafter referred to as the person in charge), Responsible for monitoring, managing and taking care of the children present and ensuring that they abide by the venue and workshop rules. If there is a pick-up, The responsible person must ensure that the minor is picked up by his/her parent, guardian or authorized person.
  • Registered tenants are responsible for ensuring the safety of students and participants on the premises and at events. Book company We will not be responsible for any injuries, damages or losses suffered by students.

Tenant and Participant Conduct:

  • Registered tenants and participants must maintain good conduct and comply with Coolistic Bylaws and store staff instructions. Failure to follow the rules or profane behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate expulsion without compensation.
  • The registered tenant is responsible for returning the premises in a clean and restored condition. Otherwise, the store will charge the registered tenant a cleaning fee of HKD$500 .

Luggage/Personal belongings :

  • Registered tenants and participants are required to take care of their own luggage and personal belongings.
  • Coolistic may provide storage space for temporary storage of luggage or personal belongings during the event. Please note that Coolistic will not be responsible for any damage or loss of any items in the venue and room.

Legal Liability :

The activity instructor needs to ensure the safety, legality, accuracy of the actual activity and description, etc. The Company will not be responsible for any loss or dissatisfaction caused by the event to the participants. However, the participants can reflect this to the Company through the feedback form after the event. The legal liability arising from the activities shall be borne by the tutor.

Terms and prices are subject to change without prior notice and shall be subject to announcement on the website.

Space Rules :

  • Coolistic is a self-disciplined space . Please exercise self-discipline and avoid excessive noise and actions that affect other users. Please also keep the space clean and tidy and avoid occupying extra space.
  • Please mute your sound-emitting device . If you need to use a sound-emitting electronic device, please use headphones.
  • If you need to answer the phone, please go to the corridor outside the store to talk.
  • There may be different types of activities in the venue , please respect the positions of other guests.
  • Our store welcomes children, but parents are requested to take care of them to avoid affecting other users.
  • The installations and designs of our store are not aimed at children. Parents are requested to take care of their children and avoid any collisions. The store is not responsible for any injuries.
  • Pets are welcome in our store at no extra charge. However, if it is a dog, it must wear diapers and the pet owner must clean up the pet's feces and urine by himself.
  • The charge is calculated per table or room . Please do not occupy other spaces, otherwise an additional charge will be calculated based on the regular price.
  • The charges are calculated based on the business hours of the day.
  • If you wish to use our store for commercial purposes or filming ( private or commercial) , please apply to our company first , otherwise our company will immediately stop the activity and expel the relevant persons without any compensation.
  • The space cannot be rented for gatherings, dinners or parties.
  • Coolistic is a workspace rental service space and does not provide catering services . If you have any questions, please contact the store staff.
  • Do not consume outside food and drink unless permitted.
  • Coolistic can immediately terminate its service and ask the tenant to leave the space without any compensation in response to inappropriate behavior.

Pantry Rules :

  • Except for designated priced items, drinks and food in the tea room are provided free of charge.
  • Any utensils, food and drinks in the pantry can only be consumed by tenants in the store and are not allowed to be taken away. If found, they will be charged at retail price. 
  • It is forbidden to pour any drinks or food into the pantry facilities. If found, the store will immediately charge the person a cleaning and disinfection fee of HKD$300 .
  • When using the pantry, please ensure personal hygiene, use tools carefully and follow posted notices or verbal instructions from store staff. The company will not be responsible for any damages caused by the user.
  • Please do not waste food and drinks . If necessary, the staff will charge a penalty fee of HKD$15 per gram of the remaining food and drinks , and the store will donate all the money to charity organizations.
  • Please do not waste tableware resources . We encourage users to bring their own tableware . If you use our tableware , we hope that users will reuse it to achieve environmental protection.
  • If children need to use the pantry, they must be accompanied by an adult. The adult is responsible for ensuring the safety of the child. The company will not be responsible for any injuries.

Printer Usage Guidelines :

  • Each registered user can get 10 pages of free A4 printing per day, and HKD$3 per page thereafter. Except for registered users, other space users (including but not limited to event participants, traveling friends, etc.) do not have free printing quota.

Create or Art Jam in the store

- Please do this at the place designated by the store staff.

- Please use paint carefully and do not stain other objects ( such as sofas / stools in the store, etc. ) outside the designated area. If stains are found , the store will charge a cleaning fee of HKD$200 .

-All supplies are for use only on site and cannot be taken away . If you wish to take them away ( except for finished / semi-finished works ), you will be charged the full price of the product.

- Please clean the art supplies after use by yourself , otherwise the store will charge a cleaning fee of HKD$100 per person.

- We do not provide bags or boxes , please handle and take the paintings away by yourself.

- Free tools provided by our store include : easel, paintbrush, apron, plastic paint. Canvas and other painting materials are charged separately.

Lockers

- Monthly rent users must pay the rent on time . If they use the room beyond the due date , the rent will be calculated based on the daily rent.

- If the monthly rent user expires , he/she must move the items out within 14 days after the expiration date , otherwise the store will move the items out of the locker and keep them for another 30 days Without further notice , our store will not be responsible for any losses. If the items are not collected within 30 days after removal, our store will handle the matter on its own.

- Monthly users must pay the monthly rental fee ( HKD$30/ day for medium-sized lockers and HKD$50/ day for large lockers ) before they can collect their belongings.

-No illegal items can be hidden in the locker . The tenant is responsible for the items in the locker.

- The store will not be responsible for the items in the cabinet ( including but not limited to loss or damage ) .

-All terms and conditions are subject to the final decision of the store.

-Users need to bring their own lock

  • If published during the opening hours , the system will remain open and new reservations for the day will be suspended. And announced that the store will be closed.
  • If it is posted before our store opens, the venue will be delayed until 3 hours after the warning is removed.

  • This store needs to be closed as soon as possible. Please pay attention to the store staff's instructions.
  • If the Typhoon Signal is cancelled before noon , our store will open 3 hours after the signal is cancelled and provide limited services. If cancelled after noon , all stores will be closed for the whole day.
  • However, due to the unpredictable bad weather, Our store also needs to ensure the safety of our employees. Please refer to our store’s social media updates for details.

Change of appointment due to the above weather conditions

  • No changes will be accepted for reservations that have already been made.
  • If the appointment cannot be arranged due to the above weather arrangements , you can contact the store to change the time. ( Valid for 3 months )
