Consumption Points Program

Purchase products or coworking space services at COOLISTIC online store or store, and you can register as a member and earn points. Points can be exchanged for cash coupons and used on your next shopping trip.

Ways to earn:

  1. Earn 1 point for every HKD$1 spent
  2. Complete account registration to earn 200 points
  3. Introduce friends and complete orders to earn 1000 points, friends can enjoy 10% discount on orders
  4. Happy Birthday to earn 1,000 points (must be birthday one month after registration date to get)

Redemption method:

1. Points can be exchanged for cash coupons of different amounts, which can be used in online stores or in-stores. Only one cash voucher can be used per order.

2. Points can be redeemed for designated workshops/experience activities launched from time to time or designated products for a limited period of time.

Registration and usage:

1. Registration: Click "Points Program Details and Participation" on the bottom right corner of the online store (coolistichk.com), or register directly in the online store to become a member and start saving points.

2. Details: In "Points Program Details and Participation", you can also see how to earn points, and the conditions and options for redeeming points.

3. Redemption method: Simply select Redeem Rewards in the column and the cash rebate you can redeem will appear. After pressing, your points will be deducted and a set of discount codes will appear. You can choose to add it to the shopping cart directly, or copy and paste it later.

If you want to retrieve the redeemed discount code, just click "Redeem Rewards" to view it again.

4. Introduce friends and complete orders to earn 1,000 points, and enjoy 10% off on friends’ orders

Just go to the "Earn Points" section, select "Refer to a friend and complete an order", and a link will appear. Just send the link to your friends, they will get a 10% discount when they check out, and you will also get 1,000 points.

Terms and Conditions:

  • Points are valid for 1 year.
  • Points will not be awarded for products/services with offers or discounts.
  • Points cannot be used in conjunction with other offers, nor can they be redeemed for cash or other products.
  • Birthday points can only be obtained on the birthday one month after the registration date and will not be reissued.
  • No change will be given for cash discounts after points are redeemed.
  • Any changes are subject to change without prior notice.
  • If there is any suspicion of false information or points being used in a loophole, COOLISTIC has the right to cancel the account and points without further notice.
  • In case of any disputes, COOLISTIC reserves the right of final decision.
