Made with Miyakojima rum "MAKUGAN". The name comes from the dialect name for coconut crab. It also conveys the message that these creatures are familiar to Miyakojima and that we should cherish nature.
Dishes centered around Miyakojima's water, yeast, sugar cane, and sake craftsmen. The hard water with unique minerals of Miyakojima formed by the rise of coral reefs is the core of pure sake brewing. The native yeast "MY17 strain yeast" from Miyakojima contains a large amount of sweet ingredients and has a mellow and pleasant aroma and taste. Fresh sugar cane molasses is within direct reach of the distillery.

The brewer is Tara River Co., Ltd., located in Miyako Island, Okinawa Prefecture.

"Wine coffee" is made by soaking green coffee beans from Brazil in alcohol. Coffee beans that are roasted after the alcohol flavor is transferred to the green beans. The result is a world where coffee and alcohol become mysteriously intertwined. A unique flavor was born.
