Hokkaido Tokachi Brandy

Use Tokachi brandy "Gentile V・S・O・P".
Tokachi Brandy has a long history and has been producing wine since the 1960s. A northern grape with high acidity, suitable for making brandy. Tokachi wine produced using this process is aged for more than 10 years, creating a delicate and mild taste.


Craft Gin

We use Kumazawa Shuzo's craft gin "Daytime Dog". It is brewed using sake made by re-fermenting ginjo lees. As a spice, only juniper berries, which have a woody bitter and sweet taste, are pickled and distilled in three steps. The subtle sweetness of shochu can be felt. Delicately balanced Day Dog and Coffee create a refreshing harmony.


Brown sugar shochu

Amami brown sugar shochu "Sato no Akebono" is brewed using black koji. The characteristics are rich aroma and strong taste, but this product is vacuum distilled, the taste is slightly lighter, and the flavor of brown sugar shochu is retained. When you take a sip, the first thing that hits your mouth is the rich flavor and aroma. In the aftertaste, you can feel the sweetness and freshness of alcohol.

Junmai Ginjo

Using 100% Junmai Ginjo sake brewed in Yamada Nishiki, Kanagawa Prefecture

" Aya Irodori".

By soaking green coffee beans in the fragrant and gorgeous " Irodori" for a week to a month, you can enjoy the sweetness, umami and coffee flavor unique to Japanese sake. The aftertaste has the unique fruity flavor of Japanese sake, giving people a refreshing and refreshing feeling.

Red wine [MEGUMI] made from grapes grown in Sagami.
The coffee has a soft taste, and the berry-like sweetness of the red wine and the pleasant astringency of the tannins are firmly integrated, leaving a refreshing aftertaste.

The unique aroma of Brazilian coffee spreads and overlaps with the aroma and richness of "TWIN ALPS". It has a woody aroma with a hint of oak and tangy citrus acidity.

Grapefruit Liqueur
