Junmai Sake is a premium plum wine (liqueur) brewed in collaboration with Juro (plum) from Odawara and Soga. It is made from Junmai Sake with a moderate sweetness that is rare in Japan. Juro (plum) is a variety unique to Kanagawa Prefecture and Odawara, and is often grown for high-quality umeboshi.

The brewery is Izumibashi Sake Brewing Co., Ltd. located in Ebina City, Kanagawa Prefecture. Adhering to the belief that "brewing begins with rice planting", it implements a complete brewing process starting with the planting of brewing rice. We pay attention to traditional sake brewing and carefully complete it using old-fashioned methods and techniques. The soil, the producer's personality and the characteristics of the rice are carefully evaluated and reflected in the handmade work. The result is a sake with a natural, rich flavor.

"Wine coffee" is made by soaking green coffee beans from Brazil in alcohol. Coffee beans that are roasted after the alcohol flavor is transferred to the green beans. The result is a world where coffee and alcohol become mysteriously intertwined. A unique flavor was born.
