I gave up my career as a construction engineer for more than 20 years and switched to the coffee industry in 2020. During the process, I deeply realized that good green beans can not only be purchased with money, so I began to pay attention to climate change and research on the impact of global warming on the coffee industry market. In 2022, I became the Hong Kong flagship of Aquiares Coffee, a famous manor in Costa Rica. Baking is also infected by everything done by the manor and the country, and hopes to use the culture of the manor to promote the public's understanding of the importance of ESG to the world.
Aquiares Coffee has a balance of sweet and sour, suitable for any brewing device.
When you taste it, you can definitely achieve a carbon offset effect. The manor began to adopt a regenerative planting system many years ago, and has achieved an average annual carbon emission of 600 tons. In addition, the Costa Rica Agricultural University and the coffee variety data center Catie and the non-profit organization W coffee research have established a large hybrid coffee laboratory. , working together to combat the challenges of climate change and the impact of global warming on coffee farmers.
